This time, we're at Zwartkops Raceway... read on for all the details and how to book 🏁
Please act quickly to secure your booking.
Track Time:
- Arrive no later than 7am in order to check in at the registration table and get your wristbands for access, and to attend the compulsory Driver's Briefing
- Track time starts promptly at 8am and ends at 12pm
- Vehicles grouped by similar horsepower and go out in 20 minute sessions per group. Monitor your brake and tyre wear.
- The 20 minute group sessions are from 8am to 11am
- 11am to 12pm will be open track time for all groups

- 1 Vehicle Entry: Up to 2 Drivers maximum per vehicle OR 1 Driver + 1 Passenger (limited tickets available)
- Additional Passenger Ticket
- Helmet Rental (limited stock). Hairnets will be provided.
- Spectator Ticket
Upon Arrival:
1. All Drivers, Passengers and Spectators/Guests will need to check in at our Trackday Registration desk.
2. At the Registration desk, you will need to fill in your indemnity forms after presenting your Driver's License (Drivers) or ID (Passenger/Spectators).
3. You'll then receive your Trackday wristband allowing you access to the various pit areas.

Eligibility of Drivers, Passengers and Vehicles:
- Only road legal cars will be allowed on the track
- Regretfully, NO race cars or highly modified cars will be allowed to participate eg. purpose-built drag cars, cars with Nitrous Oxide
- Please let us know about any modifications to your car. It will need to pass basic scrutineering.
- All drivers must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid driver's license
- 18 to 25 year olds must have an over 25 year old driver in the passenger seat at all times
- 16 to 18 year olds are allowed as passengers but no younger than 16
- Full-face helmets are mandatory for track access for both Drivers and Passengers
- Full length tops, full length pants and closed shoes are mandatory, there will be no exceptions.
- Please note, any item of clothing deemed flammable will not be allowed on track, notably tights and stockings
Safety Measures:
- Any damage caused to Zwartkops Raceway property and tarmac (both on and off the circuit) will be repaired by Zwartkops Raceway for the account of those involved
- NO DRIFTING, BURN-OUTS, DOUGHNUTS, STUNTS OR WHEELIES IN PIT AREA OR ON THE CIRCUIT ARE ALLOWED
- As with all Trackday.co.za events, your booking fee covers a full suite of safety personnel and measures
- There are 6 Marshalls on site, as well as a Medic
- All flags and cones
- Compulsory Driver's Briefing
What to Expect:
- The VIP Hospitality Area is sponsored by CarJoy (Pty) Ltd, and includes catering and beverages for the 2 registered vehicle entry ticketholders
- Passengers, Spectators and Guests will also have access to the pits area as long as they have a wristband and have signed all the indemnity forms
- Food and drinks may be purchased at the Pitstop Cafe, across from the pits area
